Skill Upgradation Training: Empowering Through Education and Vocational Skills
NLCF has been dedicated to providing skill development and capacity-building training to labor cooperative members, particularly focusing on empowering weaker sections of society, including women. These programs aim to enhance employability and foster self-reliance.
- Skill Development Training Programme (Since 1998):
Since 1998, NLCF has been conducting skill development training for male and female members of labor cooperatives with financial assistance from the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India. This program has benefited 746 male members and 435 female members from weaker sections. The training covered diverse trades such as:

- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Cutting and tailoring
- Food processing
- Beautician services
